About Hokkaido Entrepreneurship Expo
A community-driven organization focused on promoting the growth of the Hokkaido entrepreneurship ecosystem.
We spotlight startups across Hokkaido through pitch events and community initiatives, helping founders meet collaborators, investors, mentors, and peers.
Hokkaido Entrepreneurship Expo (HEEX) was founded in January 2024 to host a small community pitch event during the inaugural Hokkaido Innovation Week.
The organization is run by local entrepreneurs, primarily from the international startup community in Hokkaido. One of our core goals is to foster collaboration between international and local startup communities across the region.
